Speeches to note: retirement of the Hon Justice Graham Mullane of the Family Court

Justice Graham Mullane, of the Family Court's Newcastle registry retired yesterday, after 22 years on the bench. His Honour did not pull any punches in his farewell speech, focussing�heavily on disadvantage in the Hunter Valley and the need to do more for children before they entered the cycle of entrenched disadvantage.
