The Hon Justice G A Nettle has been appointed as an�acting judge and an acting�judge of appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales for the period commencing on 20 October 2008 and expiring on 24 October 2008.�
Mr Brian Patrick Hancock as been reappointed as an acting public defender for the period commencing on 29 October 2008 and expiring on 28 October 2009.
