Bails court arrangements over Christmas vacation 2008-2009

Due to the commencement of further refurbishment works at the King Street court complex, the Supreme Court has decided to move the bails court back to the Law Courts Building (courtroom 1A) during the vacation of 2008-2009. The last sitting of the bails court at King Street in 2008 will be on Friday, 19 December. Bail hearings will resume at King Street on 2 February 2009.
