Local Court Practice Note 5 of 2008: Forum Sentencing Programme

It was reported in yesterday's In Brief�that�the forum sentencing initiative, which gives victims of crime a say in how offenders are punished, would be extended to local courts�in Burwood, Newtown, Balmain, Campbelltown, Camden, Picton and Moss Vale. Chief Magistrate Graeme Henson has issued amended�Practice Note 5 of 2008, Forum Sentencing Programme, which commences on 20 October 2008.
