The NSW District Registry of the Federal Court of Australia has issued the Notice to Practitioners - Corporations Matters (Administrative Arrangements).�This Notice outlines the procedures for proceedings under the Corporations Act 2001, the Australian Securities and Investment Commission Act 2001 and the Cross Border Insolvency Act 2008 in the New South Wales District Registry of the Federal Court of Australia.
