The Law Councilâs Standing Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution and The European Focus Group will co-host a seminar in Sydney on 13 November 2008 from 2:30pm.�This free seminar will provide a forum for discussion on civil justice reform and ADR, an update on the latest developments in online dispute resolution and a scenario asking the question:� should judges mediate?
