New WorkCover Guidelines gazetted today

The WorkCover Guidelines for the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment,�known as the âWorkCover Guidesâ, have been gazetted today, Friday 7 November. These guidelines�are issued under section 376 of the Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998� for the purpose of assessing the degree of permanent impairment that arises from a work related injury or condition in accordance with section 322(1) of the 1998 Act.
