Presently, there are SIX (6) rooms available (External and Internal of various sizes) for purchase for a nominal price (without committing to a bank guarantee) or for licence.

There are rooms suitable for Senior Counsel or Junior Counsel of all levels of seniority.

Facilities include mediation and break-out rooms.

Floor fees (Rent, Administration, Extensive Library – online and hardcopy)– approximately $5k to $6k plus GST per month depending on size of room.
