The room is a medium size bright room overlooking Martin Place and Elizabeth St and is available short term whilst the currect occupant is on parental leave. 

A busy, harmonious, well-established floor of barristers practising in a wide range of areas in a well-positioned area of the legal precinct in the Sydney CBD. Practice on the floor covers a wide range of jurisdictions including commercial, corporate, equity, wills & probate, insurance, medical negligence, personal injury, building and construction, criminal, family and workers compensation. The floor has an extensive hardcopy and online library and is connected to the Barnet network.

Floor fees are $1,895.40 including GST per month and CCL monthly charge of $949.00 plus quarterly consumables.

The room is 25sq metres (2465 Counsel’s Chambers Limited Shares). The room is quiet on the eastern side with Natural light from the Windows coming from the internal light well.
