A furnished single room on Third Floor Wentworth Chambers has become available for licence on terms which require the licensee to meet only monthly outgoings which consist of floor fees ($800) and CCL maintenance contributions ($1,164). The duration of the arrangement can be negotiated. The room is well located on the eastern side of the building at the top end of the corridor next to the reception area, has very good natural light, original parquetry floor and is fully air conditioned.
