Room to License at Chalfont Chambers

Month-to-Month Licence - No Buy-In or Key Money Required

An internal half room is available to license at Chalfont Chambers. The room is furnished with a desk and includes floor-to-ceiling, built-in shelving and a robe cupboard. This room would be suitable for a junior barrister but is open to any who might be interested.

The monthly licence fee is $1,200 + GST and any incidentals. Chalfont Chambers is located in the Culwulla Chambers building on Level 9 at 67 Castlereagh Street, Sydney. 

We are a social and friendly floor with members practicing in a diverse range of practice areas, including but not limited to: Wills & Estates, Family Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury and Building & Contruction matters.

Chalfont Chambers own the floor. There is no buy-in or key money required at the commencement of the licence and termination of the agreement is by written notice, one month in advance. There is the possibility to move to a larger room when one becomes available.
