Justice Michael Wigney
Justice Wigney recalls, when he was a barrister, a particular thought that would cross his mind when he caught the ferry to work. Feeling overwhelmed and stressed, "I would sit there wishing I was a deck hand on the ferry or doing just about anything other than what I was going to do that day... It's a form of stage fright. It's concern for your client, your reputation. Rest assured, everyone feels the same. If you're not feeling that way, you're not doing your job."
