Industrial, Employment, Health and Safety

Terms of reference

• Engage with barristers practicing in the industrial, employment and health and safety areas and to ensure a sense of collegiality and best practice amongst those members
• Organise seminars/lectures/discussions to deal with developments in industrial, employment and health and safety law
• In consultation with the president, to act as a liaison between the Bar Association and its members and the various courts and tribunals engaged in industrial, employment and health and safety matters
• Assist the Bar Association in dealing with government on industrial, employment and health and safety matters
