Practice Development

Terms of reference

• Facilitate the exchange of information between barristers, clerks and practice managers relating to all aspects of practice development.
• Promote the work of barristers to solicitors, in-house counsel and clients.
• Deal with such other practice development matters as are referred to it by the Bar Council or the Executive for consideration.
